Functional Boss Behaviors
This program outlines a practical overview of how successful bosses perform and behave. Good bosses make the worker's life heaven and bad bosses create the opposite. This session will examine the basic idea that the best way to improve worker performance is to improve how the boss performs and will offer some strategies to make bosses more effective in empowering workers to independently act on their level.
