Simple Pasta Salad

Sent in by Robert Halpin, Greensboro-Guilford Emergency Management

Ingredients:

1 lb. pasta (I prefer rigatoni or penne)
1 to 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced (I use a garlic press)
1/2 large red onion, small dice
1/2 green bell pepper, small dice
1/2 colored bell pepper, small dice
1/2 to 3/4 container of Kraft 3-Cheese (Parmesan, Romano, & Asiago)
3 Roma tomatoes, cubed
1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
Salt & Pepper
Large bottle of Paul Newman's Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing (This is easier and less expensive than making your own)
Directions:

Cook, drain, and chill pasta.

Combine all ingredients, using salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.

Garnish with cheese, pepper rings, and crowned tomato... then serve!
