Memphis Style Dry Rub Seasoning

Ingredients:

1-cup Hungarian (sweet) paprika
3-tbsp light brown sugar
2-tbsp dry mustard
3-tbsp fresh ground black pepper
2-tbsp chili powder
2-tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2-tbsp dried oregano
1 1/2-tbsp fresh cracked celery seeds
1-tbsp ground bay leaf
1-tbsp seasoned salt
2-tsp fresh ground white pepper
1-tsp mustard seeds
1/2-tsp ground cloves

Directions:

1. Mix all dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.

2. Store dry rub seasoning in an air-tight container until needed. Place in a shaker container for easy application.


Yield: 2 1/2-cups (20 ounces)
